NV Dynamics was contracted by International Power Corporation Pvt Ltd to conduct vibration analysis and on-site balancing for Hydro Turbine-Generator. The assessment was conducted at the operational speed of 500 RPM on both DE and NDE side of the hydro turbine-generator bearing housing. The recorded data is processed and the vibration velocity values are evaluated against ISO 20816 for severity assessments. Balancing trials were initiated to address the unbalance.

NV Dynamics was retained by a prominent precision components manufacturer to assess the floor vibration levels at a proposed production plant. Seismic grade vibration transducers were coupled to the floor at identified locations where the vibration sensitive equipment is expected to be installed. The Acquired data is then checked for compliance with Vibration criteria curves, which represent the permissible limit for vibration sensitive equipment under consideration.

NV Dynamics was engaged by M/s. Bosch Jaipur to undertake vibration analysis and in-situ balancing on multiple units of calibration and endurance test benches. Vibration assessments were conducted on the machines at different operating speeds to check the presence of unbalance and other potential issues such as misalignment, looseness etc. If the RMS vibration amplitudes of the tested benches were found to be higher than the acceptable limits of ISO 20816, In-situ balancing was carried out by mass addition or removal.

NV Dynamics was retained by AKE Infrastructure Pvt Ltd to address unbalance in the Motor-powered blasting booth impeller. Vibration assessments were conducted on the impeller under no load conditions, extent of unbalance in the impeller were quantified, in-situ balancing was achieved by mass addition on the impeller blades.
