Project Description

The designated E-Bike with the test components (IoT, Lock, Battery and Controller) was driven in 5 different road conditions to gather Road Load data / Randomly Induced Vibration for an accumulated distance of 200 Kms.

Vibration parameters were processed to obtain PSD (Power Spectral Density) curves and were used in an Electro Dynamic Shaker and accelerated tests were conducted on the test units (one at a time) to look for Product Endurance and Failure limits.

Tri-axial Accelerometers were used along with state-of-the-art portable multi-channel data acquisition system and was configured to record Vibration Acceleration data throughout the task.

Accelerated shaker based tests were carried-out for a continuous duration of 24 hours for each of the test units to account for an equivalent road distance of 40K kms.
